The freight company is only responsible for delivering the boat to your address.
Please be sure you have adequate help to unload your new boat.
Most freight company drivers will assist in unloading, but it is not required that they do so.
Please inspect your boat carefully on arrival !
If the boat is damaged, REFUSE to accept it from the carrier.
Inspection of the goods must be performed BEFORE signing for delivery.
Your signature on the Bill of Lading constitutes
acceptance of the goods "as is" and will prevent any claims. Inspect before you sign. Once you sign for it, it's yours.
Parts orders are subject to shipping the same day they are ordered.
Any order already shipped may be refused at the time of delivery without a restocking fee.
You may cancel a boat order within 24 hours from time of order without any restocking fees.
Any boat order in transit that is cancelled or refused may be charged a 25% restocking fee
in addition to all ACTUAL shipping, handling and freight charges, which may be more than
what you were charged for shipping.
In no case will shipping charges be refunded on canceled or refused orders already shipped.
Please DO NOT return any product that you have ordered without contacting us.
Many products ship direct from the manufacturer and often need to be returned to a specific warehouse.
These warehouses will refuse deliveries that are not properly marked and documented.
Returns are categorized below and acceptance is subject to the following conditions:
a) Return requests must be made within seven days of receiving the product.
b) The product must be in original condition and undamaged.
c) The product must be packaged to avoid damage in shipment.
d) You pay the freight charges (both ways) and a 15% restocking fee.
e) RMA number must be clearly shown on the outside of the box or delivery will be refused.
I) Wrong Product Shipped:
If we or the manufacturer made a mistake/error (it does rarely happen) and ship the wrong product,
we will ship you the correct product and include a return label to have the wrong product returned.
In no case we will pay the shipping if you do not want to exchange the item for the correct part.
2) Ordered Wrong:
If you made an error and ordered the wrong item and wish to return the product,
please contact us within seven days of receiving the product.
Returned parts must be in original undamaged condition.
Shipping and handling charges will not refunded.
You are responsible for return shipping along with any shipping / handling charges for replacment items.
3) Unwanted Boat:
If you decide within 7 days of receiving your boat that you don't want to keep it,
you may return it subject to the following:
a) The boat must be new and undamaged.
b) You must re-wrap the boat in the original shipping material or equivalent.
c) You pay the freight charges and a restocking fee (10%-20% depending on the manufacturer).
We are NOT the manufacturer, we are a dealer and most warranty items must be handled by the manufacturer.
All warranty claims for boats must be handled by the manfuacturer.
We will replace most items sold by us that fail due to defects in material or workmanship
free of charge within the first 30 days. Items that fail after the first 30 days, may
be replaced by us if they are within the warranty period at our discretion.
After the initial 30 day period, if we replace the item, you must return
the defective item to us at your expense and pay the shipping charges for the replacement item.
All returns must have prior approval.
Sales Policy Modifications:
We may revise these Terms at any time without notice.
Any revision or modification of the Terms will be effective immediately
upon posting of the revision or modification.
We reserve the right to cancel any order that is incorrectly priced due to typographical or other error.
